- SPB-V4: 4 - 25 pair female amphenol connectors wired to 24, 4 pair 8 position modular jacks (USOC wiring)
- SPB-V4-ATT: 4 - 25 pair female amphenol connectors wired to 24, 4 pair 8 position modular jacks (T568B wiring)
